Michael Schmidt had previously collaborated with some of the most famous design developers in the world before YYachts was founded. Sir David Chipperfield, one of the most important architects of our time and also a sailor along with his team created an interior of timeless elegance for the Y8. A clear and straightforward concept in Chipperfield's signature minimalist design language. The lines of this yacht are from Luca Brenta's Italian studio and correspond seamlessly with the interior.

Interior Designers

The yacht’s interior can be designed by the shipyard's own dedicated team. We have also collaborated with world-famous architects such as Sir David Chipperfield and Norm Architects as well as prominent interior designers such as Winch Design and Mark Tucker/Design Unlimited.

3D-Design - standard in our boat constructions

YYachts believes it is commonsense that all technical equipment can be reached at any time and, if necessary, easily replaced or repaired.

Any yacht can sail far and wide with ease if it is simple to maintain.

To this end, every detail of our yachts is created in advance on 3D design software. The positions of all internals are thus already fixed before construction.
